check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)

- A valid credit card must be presented at
check-in
- You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers
cheques upon departure
- A valid credit card is required to secure
your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the
credit card in advance of your arrival date.
If we are unable to secure authorization on
the credit card, the hotel reserves the right
to cancel the reservation.

| Cancellation Policies |
- In order to receive a full refund, room cancellations must be made at least 7 days before you are due to check in. Within 7 days of your reservation, cancellations cannot be refunded. In addition, all room reservations for holidays are final. No refunds will be provided, regardless of cancellation time. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please inquire when booking.
